Not quite as comfortable as the H03, but feels more durable.
I use this as my new "on-the-go" headband. It's on my lighter-weight set of AIAIAI modulars. The cushioning is just as described: "rugged." If you are looking for ultimate comfort, I would consider the H03 instead. If you are looking for twisty, durable, won't get ripped up, try this one. Also I imagine this one is better if your next sweats a lot.

Certainly rugged, but not so comfy
If you want something that feels like it can take a beating, these are the handband for your TMA-02. Unfortunately they're not so comfy. They're more stiff and tight than your average headband which makes wearing them for more than 2 hours not ideal. Also, there's practically no padding on the top. The rubber has basically no give so you'll feel it against the top of your head.I'd recommend the H03 or H04 for most people instead. They're not as stiff so it's less fatiguing to wear them and the padding makes a huge difference in comfort.
