They flicker, but they do not look like candles. It looks more like someone clicking a flashlight on and off. There is just something very artificial about them.

These are great for putting in water and for adding extra color & light where ever you may need it. I use them in mason jars at Halloween. Put some water and a creepy growing thing with a light and you have a mad scientist lab with no hassle. The only complaint is that some of them are very difficult to turn on or off. Maybe one out of every two packages will have a dud that you can't get to work no matter how hard you try but for the price I will take that. There is really no on or off just different levels of tightening until the light comes on or off. The colors are also much brighter than regular tea lights. I have ordered a ton of these over the last year since i discovered them. They are great for any holiday and the color choices make it easy to find just what you’re looking for.

So I put these in Chinese Lanterns and was too lazy to get the ladder to turn them off. I figured they would be out the next day. Now I wish I had dragged my fat ass up that ladder because these things lasted like 1.5 weeks! Decent light not crazy bright but enough.

I didn’t use the timer or remoteControl. I turned them on and they lasted several days

Has anyone noticed these have a strong BPA plastic odor?The whole box smelled but even one in a room had the odor. A lot of manufacturers have stopped using BPA plastic. Thought they might be unsafe.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the LED color!! It's not that warm yellow glow! Its perfect for the clear crackled votives I'm using as part of our centerpieces.

These candles worked great and were very pretty. We really liked the flickering and color of them-the white instead of a yellow flame

These little white and colour white tealights don't work off remote. But look very pretty in candle holders . We'll worth price as because the colour is white in flame they can be quite expensive. Very happy with my purchase.
