Personalized Ornament ROCKING GIRAFFE BABY'S 1ST Polyresin Christmas H5006 Girl

Beautiful craftmanship, finished on both front and back. We all loved it. However I couldn't figure out how to get it personalized with my order. I had to find someone to do that after I received it. For being advertised as a "personalized" ornament, that was disappointing. If I somehow missed how to do that on the website, I would love hearing from someone where I went wrong. Otherwise extremely happy with it.

When I seen it said personalized, I thought it would be like ebay and after u pay they ask you the name to put on it. Its cute though. I will have to go buy a thin line marker and find someone with better hand writing than mine.
