Just put it together
The instructions aren't the best but if you have basic builder skills you will be fine. It's heavy. Looks heavy duty. I put it on two buckets to put it together. That made it much easier. Pay close attention to the orientation of the support bar for the tongue so you don't put it together backwards. There's just one pre-drilled hole in the tubing where that goes for the front end. Also, pay attention to the small details on how many and where the screws for the 2 support cross members. The long ones are for the tongue bracket. Don't forget washers on both sides of the tires. I took it for a test ride with a few kids in the back. I think its well built and just the right size to haul branches, logs, dirt and rocks. It does sit kinda high for the dumping action but worth it. I plan to build a pully bracket and a hand winch to pull logs onto it. So far I'd recommend it.

Poor quality and fit.
I bought this same utility cart directly from Northern Tools in 2013, put it together rather easily, and really enjoyed using it over the years. This summer I discovered that the tires had dry rotted, even thought it was kept inside a garage, never in the weather. I tried to buy a replacement set of tires - from Northern, Home Depot, Lowe's, and Amazon. I discovered that the spindle on the newer wheels were 1/4in longer than on the original wheels, and therefore, would not fit the axle. I just purchased this new utility cart, which is exactly like the one I had. First thing I noticed was that the quality is much less than the older one, the fit of the various parts is terrible - nothing aligns up, some hardware was missing, instructions were terrible, with the diagrams in the instructions different than what the cart really looked like. But the worse part was that by following the instructions exactly and assembling the tongue support bar to the underside brace, it doesn't allow the tilt lever to clear the tongue support. See picture: I had to go to the hardware store and buy 2 oversize nuts to place between the bar and the brace, to angle the tongue support slightly back to allow the tilt lever to work like it's supposed to. I'll keep the utility cart and use it as much as I can, but I doubt if it'll last 10 years like the other one did. Here's the irony - there was nothing wrong with the older one, just that I couldn't find any replacement wheels that would fit it. I should have kept the older one, and found a machine shop that could have made an axle long enough (1/2 inch longer) to accomodate the newer wheels. Oh well, typical Chinese made crap.

A few minor disappointments
I did my research and the product is the best in its price range. Once it is assembled it works fine. I put it together myself, but it would be easier with two people. Moving the box will require two people to lift. The box was mangled when it arrived, but no damage to the product. It did have some worn-off paint a a couple of parts from rubbing during shipping (I hope this doesn't mean the paint will wear off easily); packaging was okay, but could have been better. One of the panels had a ding in it. A few of the welds were slightly crooked, as if someone was in a hurry in manufacturing. One of the rails was too broad to slip into the slots and had to be forced. The trailer will work fine for my use around the yard. I would have liked the bottom panels to have fit more tightly together, there is a slight gap. I even used clamps to try to bring them completely together. There is a very slight amount of play where the bin clicks to the tow bar.Although my remarks are critical, I wanted to give an honest assessment. The trailer will meet my needs. I was hoping it would be a little more sturdy. If you are willing to spend more money you probably will get a more durable product. But I don't expect this one to fall apart. It will carry rocks and bricks as well as dirt and debris, but I would not toss or drop heavy materials in it.

Not that great
Total Chinese junk. I would have almost sent it back but the hassle of trying to return it would have been far greater then fixing the issues my self. First off, it came damaged, some of the metal parts were bent. The metal is so soft it doesent take much to misshape it. The hadware was super poor quality, most of it took some work not to cross thread it. The foot lever for the release of the dump bed was totaly bent over, but because it was so soft I was able to bend it back just with my hand. The bearings don't turn smoothly at all, kinda grind and dont even have any numbers. They look like sealed bearings but there is a gap so buy in the side seal you can see the balls inside it. Over all it was a disappointment, something I would have expected from Harbor Freight for $79.99 I don't see how this cart can actually handle 1,200 lbs safely. If you were to put gravel in it, is what I got it for, the sides are so thin and soft they will bow out.

Just what we were looking for.
Great little trailer. Just what I was looking for. Have been hauling firewood, brush and its working great. Gong to take the tires off and store them inside during the winter... will last me a lot longer IMO.

Poor manufacturing
The media could not be loaded. Started to build trailer, everything started fine.... then I got to the wheel axle support and the holes in the "bed" of the trailer aren't lined up at all for the support to even be sturdy enough. EVERYTHING prior to this is put on correct. As well as the ENTIRE trailer has dents everywhere. The package arrived and there wasn't a dent in the box so this can't be blamed on the delivery company. Trailer looks good, HAD good reviews, arrived a week and a half early. But poor condition overall. I'd rather go buy one more expensive than order another one from here.
