Used for these for years but needed a new one , but it came DULL and had to get them sharpened

Mine are unsharpened and look different than the picture. Mine have black printing that looks poorly done and the gold doesn't blend into the silver, it just stops abruptly. Not sure if these are genuine Dubl Duck shears
