2 stars are for Communication with the seller it was ok, they responded to all of my emails, but when I finally received the UV phone sanitizer, after charging for 12 hours the unit didn’t work. The directions did not come in English either. I was very disappointed and requested a refund. They did not hesitate to give a refund but I still don’t have a sanitizer.
