There was no information leaflet with this product.
My neck felt worse after using this. One side of the pillow is higher than the other but no information came with it to say why.

I usually sleep without a pillow because I always get neckache if I use a pillow. Gawd knows how many different pillows I'd tried before giving this a go........... Why have I not tried these kind of pillows before! No neckache and actually sleeping better!!Whether it's a placebo effect or not I love it.Only downside is that the actual pillow is smaller that a normal pillow so pillowcase is rather large for the pillow. Don't get me wrong the pillow isn't small it's just me trying to find a fault with it.Solution- I keep this pillow under the other pillows so when I've made the bed it doesn't look out of place.
