Ok so I bought these originally in 2020 due to standing on my feet for longer hours at my job since no one came to work like that due to Covid. My ankles swell easily and i needed relief. I didn’t read the reviews at first for this so I bought my size. They were ok since they were so big but eventually they did the job (you’d get use to the grooves on the shoe)I wore them out and didn’t need slippers like this again since I am back on my feet working two jobs now. Luckily I read the reviews and I can confirm getting a size down is the right choice. In a men’s size I am a 8 and I got the size 8-9 and it fits perfectly and the swelling in the ankles have gone down again!

I was so excited and hyped when they arrived. I immediately put them on and was happy, but about 4 days later I was getting a stabbing pain in my toe. It felt like the rubber pieces were splintering off into my foot. It could have been that or the nerves in my toes either way I stopped using them and a couple days later my toe was okay. Has anyone else had this problem?

These slippers seem like its well made but they hurt my feet really, really bad. I thought it would help with my pain as it is massaging my feet but it actually made it worse. I had to return it.

It is made out of thick plastic type material but it is as illustrated- delivering maximum pressure point needed for pain relief.

These sandals are combined size. I wear size 7 or 7.5, i bought 6-7 size on this but it’s too big that the acupressure is not even or aligning with my feet. Otherwise it’s not that bad, the spikes starts to get softer also and I like it when it’s harder.
