Not Cracked Up to Be What it Promises !!
It doesn't always work to take the eye bags and puffiness away. At the end of the day, it starts to crack on your face , so you look years older and strange with all these cracks around your eyes. It has a way of really leaving your face very very dry, like cement. There are no Specific Instructions as to what to do , when you run into these problems.
