Faulty Items
I ordered one in early Sep for my back porch. Works wonderfully. Ordered another in late Sep for my living room. Doesn’t work at all. Will update once I see how product support works.Update. Product support was amazing. To include the support call line. The best Amazon support service I’ve ever received. Fan is now working great.

Very scary noise.. it’s not even halloween yet. 😅
The fan looks really nice and perfect of a farmhouse style home.. Paid someone install this.Installing it cost almost the price of the fan.I don’t know if the scraping sound will die down.. Read some reviews that this is normal and to let the fan run for 24 hours. Let’s see..To have it dismantled would be the same amount. It’s like the labor is the same amount of this fan.I’m a wee disappointed with this.. 😰

Missing the remote
Wi-Fi set up on my phone was tricky and the only way to get to work was with a service call. Still waiting for the remote that is missing from the package.

Flimsy controls
I bought four of these for our outside porch. My son who knows how to hang fans hung two of them and then said no way to do the other two because it was so hard. The electrician I called to come out complained how hard they were to install and charged me $350 per fan ($700). The controls at the wall you use to turn them on and off and down/up is very flimsy and sometimes don't work and the parts of the control you have to push for the speed and on and off pops out and you have to pop it back in to use it. I like the look of the many blades but wouldn't buy again because of the problems installing and problems with the controls. I can't of course return them since they are installed but would if I could.

Pretty but not smart!
Looks pretty but my ceiling is pretty low and I need a shorter extension. Bought this specifically to use with Alexa and I’ve tried everything and it won’t pair. Will not work without booking up the wall switch.

Great Outdoor Fan
This is an excellent fan for the patio in hot climates. It produces a lot of air with its multiple fan blades. Had a professional install this fan and it was very time consuming to install. Also, this fan does NOT come with a remote control. It has a wall switch box which also has wi-fi capability. Have not yet paired it with my phone but it is supposed to have that functionality.

Impressive Fan
I have now purchased two of these fans. They are very attractive and move a lot of air. It is extremely quiet. The controls are easy to use and you can control the fan from your phone. It is a heavy fan so be sure you have the correct setup to correctly mount it and support it.
