Simply Ming Tsai Premiere Gourmet Pressure Cooker with Technolon Plus ~Jet Black

Works great but not a lot of instructions for use

So far I've used this once. The Chicken turned out crispy (sear option) and very moist using the pressure part. I highly recommend this but as the first review stated, not many instructions but sufficient. You also get about 15 recipe cards which most I'll never use; lamb, duck, etc. One card for potatoes said to scrub, prick, and microwave! Really? I would have given it 5 stars if it had more and better recipes. Be prepared to order a cookbook as I just did.
