Fantastic piece of equipment! Easy to put together with clear instructions.
I am extremely impressed with this piece of equipment. It exceeds all of my expectations. It is heavy duty and seems to be made of high quality materials. One of the best parts of getting this was how straight forward it was to assemble. They did a great job with the installation instructions which is very rare. I would highly recommend this to anyone in need of a hyper-extension / roman chair.

Uncomfortable & Defective Pull Pins
I took a chance ordering this with no prior reviews which was a mistake. There is a manufacture defect where the screw holding the plastic knobs on the adjustment pull pins is smaller than the threads it is supposed to screw into, and just presses in. When you pull the pull pin knob it just comes right off. I tried to file a part replacement request on the Inspire Fitness website, but the website is broken and won't even accept the request.Aside from that, the bench cushions cut into the hips hard since the foam cushions are on top of a rectangular piece of plywood. When bending down over the bench toward the ground you can feel the plywood digging into your hips. I will probably end up throwing a bath mat or something over the cushions. It was packed well with each piece individually wrapped and a lot of Styrofoam but there was still some cosmetic damage with chipped paint on a couple pieces, which I am not concerned about as long as the equipment functions properly. Everything assembled properly with no mis-alignment issues. The machine is somewhat sturdy. The foot attachment wobbles from side to side a bit since the parts don't have tight enough machines tolerances. The legs have bolt holes to mount to the floor which is nice. I plan to bolt it down to the floor so it doesn't rock when doing hyperextensions with heavy weight. I am concerned the product description or information that came with the product does not specify any weight limits. I weight 170 lbs and typically do back extension at the gym while holding up to a 100 pound dumbbell. I'm not sure if the bench can handle it - I'll find out.At the end of the day, I would expect higher quality for the price. It should not come with any manufacturer defects. This product is made in China with apparently no quality control. If the manufacturer sends replacement parts that fixes the defective pull pins I will update the review.
