NEW 1" scope ring adaptor with PICATINNY/wseaver/universal RAIL

I wanted to mount a flashlight on my new Remington Tactical Express 870 12 ga. shotgun. After reading thru alot of Police forum websites I found out the Streamlight TLR-1s would be the best choice with the least cash outlay. About a hundred bucks. [...] There are cheaper choices but not with better performance. In a life or death fight you'll want a light that works first time everytime ... yes? Anyway I bought one, along with the Streamlight Tactical Flashlight Magazine Tube Rail Mount part #69903 for about thirty bucks, thinking it would work best for mounting the Streamlight TLR-1s ... yes?http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001DBDGME/ref=oh_details_o03_s00_i00 No. It didn't. The thing barely fit over the Remington's magazine tube even after prying it open with a screwdriver. Then the gap between the locking screws was so wide it looked awful. I don't know what shotgun magazine tube Streamlight designed their flashlight mount for but they certainly never tried to mount it on one of the new Remington 870's. If they did I'm sorry it didn't go off.To make a long story short I bought this mount and it worked perfectly. It's substantially built and my Streamlight TLR-1s has a secure happy new home. BTW it was about half the price of Streamlight's. Go figure.

The adapter I received looks like a quality product, but it does not match the listing photo. The band that goes around the scope is narrow in the photo but is much wider with the actual product (0.83"). The photo shows one screw on each side of the ring, when there are actually two. In addition, the clearance from the scope to the bottom of the Picatinny rail is only 0.136", not enough to extend over many scope rings. Therefore, check your scope rings, and if they are over 0.136" thick, this will not work on your scope. Notes: This product fits a 1" diameter scope tube or barrel without an adapter. The low stars are for the listing photo being wrong so it did not work for my application. If you're mounting it to a barrel or magazine tube, it's probably OK.

I have a Mossberg 500 tactical shotgun and wanted to add a flashlight. I got the hardware below and it fit perfect and was easy to install. I had trouble finding online exactly what I would need and whether it would fit this gun or not. If that's you, the items below work great. The only issue I have is the flashlight. I have other 502B's, but this one won't stay on mode and it's a bit of a PITA. Installation was a breeze and allowed me to seat a reflex sight right atop my scope. A really neat little idea here!

Great product at a great price...good finish & anodizing. I used one to mount on the bottom of my Windfire 802 flashlight so I can mount my bipod to the bottom of the light. If using on your 1" scope make sure there's enough tube real estate to avoid your rings as it won't clear the top of them.

I've set up my ar as the military does and add a sniper scope the use the part to add a open eye scope as well so you have a long shot or close aera you have an open eye scope. Their smaller and have a glass lense the Lazer spots on but most cool is shooting with both eyes open
