I really like round bread banneton set that I ordered. I just started making sourdough bread. This set is perfect for assisting me in the process! I really appreciate having a tool that helps me keep the dough from sticking to my hands big time! The banneton is the perfect size for making a loaf of bread. It helps to have a removal cover for the bowl that you can wash.

Great product. Use this every time I make sour dough bread for proofing. Works as expected and hasn’t broke since I bought it.

For the Lame that is included in this purchase it has a small pack of razor blades, a small leather looking square to put the end of the Lame with the razor blade into and the handle. The issue is you have to wiggle the razor blade onto the handle by bending it into a bit of a curve to get it on there. Which means it is still curved while using it. Not exactly safe and hard to make a straight cut.

I expected it to be bigger and the material is decieving. It is difficult to clean. Material is weak

Used this only once, but the banneton worked well. I loved the bread lame and how we can get other single blades when necessary. All in all a very nice kit. Would have loved a cloth bag for everything but am happy with what I got.

I’ve had this banneton for a few days now and I love it. It’s much easier to use than having to line a bowl with a towel.The lame includes blades, a leather cover for the blade in use (this comes in handy). Whichever pattern I choose to decorate my bread, the bread lame will help me achieve great results.I haven’t had a single issue with my dough sticking to the banneton.

I used this banneton to make gluten-free sourdough bread and it worked well for the bulk rise

A high quality product. The basket gives great shape for a big loaf. It is well crafted and you can use it with and without cloth. I used it without the cloth to start with which gave a very nice shape, and different to the low value baskets I did not have to worry about splints as the surface is very smooth and no breakages. It comes in a set with a scraper and a knife, both very solid. Will try the knife for the next bake.

The basket is ok, but the cutting device is missing from the package. Pretty disappointing, considering the price.
