I am 6'2 and 200 lbs and this product is oversized for me, but is totally usable. You would have to have the dimensions of a marshmallow man to fill this out completely, but it is meant to be larger than you need. If you want it to fit tighter you can always just us duct tape on the outside.The plastic that this product is made of is a lot thicker than I had expected. This is not a throw-away item that you use for a few minutes. You should be able to wear it multiple times. It does not rip or tear super easily. I think that the closest comparison would be to the material used in a garbage bag, only the material is bit stiffer.You can't really tell from the picture, but the suit also covers your feet as well. There are not separate booties. The feet are all part of the suit. So, you can actually wear shoes or boots on the outside of the suit. I wear size 12 shoes and they fit easily over my feet in the suit. I did not try wearing my shoes on the inside. I think that they would puncture too easily if you were walking outside in them. It is probably possible to wear shoes on the inside though. I guess that you could cut off the bottom part at the ankles if you want to wear the cut off part over your shoes. You would need a rubber band or duct tape to keep them stuck on though.Because the suit is all one piece, you get into it by going feet first through the neck opening. There are buttons and an elastic on the top to make it wide enough to squeeze through. There is no hood or other head covering, so you are on your own there. I am really happy with this suit and just ordered another one. I would absolutely recommend these. They more than meet my expectations.P.S. One thing that I forgot to mention about this product when I first wrote my review is that unless you are someplace that is has a lot of air flow these will get very warm to wear very quickly. They will also accumulate a lot of moisture inside unless there is air circulation. Heat makes it a lot worse. This is really to be expected but worth mentioning. They are a lot cooler if you cut off the suit at the ankles to allow air to flow from top to bottom. You are obviously going to lose some protection if you do this though.

Love this suit for the covid 19 I like that it covers your shoes I’ve seen so many people spitting in parking lot pavement and then you walk into your house with germs and I have babies here so love love love love !! I don’t have to shower when I get home and try and scrub my skin off and wash with extremely hot water for my cloths !

I did wear this at the peak of the pandemic. I had to go and clean a place that were highly infected with COVID-19
