Oh my goodness. I excitedly opened this product up when it arrived. I was a little nervous about using it as I knew it was going to hurt. I put my feet on it first and fair play it felt amazing and not as painful as I expected. So I braved lying down on it as I have been suffering with back and hip pains as well as migraines so hoped this was going to help. I'm not going to lie it is weird at first, your body fights it for about 5 mins. If you can push past that part your body begins to feel warm, relaxed and well rested. I have no idea how long I have been on it right now but it feels amazing. The quality of the mat is fantastic. I look forward to using this everyday. So glad I purchased this mat and the pillow is fab too.

I bought this because I liked the theory behind it. Initially it is quite uncomfortable but that disappeared quite quickly and I got used to it. I could feel a pulsing in my back for the duration, 20 minutes. I almost fell asleep, so it was relaxing. I suffer from arthritis and I would have a lot of pain and tension in my neck. After the first session my neck was much more flexible and I had no pain. I slept well that night. I haven’t used the ball yet so I cannot comment on that. Overall I’m happy with the product and the price. I would recommend it to others.

I threw myself in at the deep end and lay on it bare skin the first time using it and it really was nowhere near as bad as I thought. 30 mins + and I fell asleep. Woke up to a deep heat type sensation in my painful neck and shoulders that lasted and improved my pain and movement. I use this 3 or 4 times a week now and love it - although I haven't been able to stand on it yet - now that is painful!

Ok...proper review required here. Originally got drawn to Acupressure Mats through a much more expensive option (£50), and started to do some research. Long story short, this is EXACTLY the same as that one!! I think we all know they're coming from China and the main difference....BRANDING. They all seem to have the same spikey plastic points....and there 'may' be some quality differences in the material, but can't see what difference that would make to the overall use. This was a great price for a product that I wasn't sure would work for me...worth the risk! Has it worked? Well, I suffer from lower back issues and it's been bad this year for various reasons....MANY visits to the Chiro, even some acupuncture (which was actually the best result!)...What I have to say, is that my back is GREAT at the moment after 2 weeks of using this. I'm sure it's a mix of things, but haven't had treatment in that time. It's a strange addition to make pre-bedtime, but honestly, you get used to it! I went straight to shirt off and set my timer (so you don't fall asleep...it's happened!!) to 16 mins and put on an audio book and just focus on that and my breathing. Initially you'll think...there is NO WAY i will fall asleep on this....yet you do!! I'm a fan, and definitely the nights I'm unable to use it, I sleep worse.....when I do use it, I am waking up less during the night for sure. This is definitely one of those 'silly not to at this price' purchases...

Came on time. First time using it i woke up feeling less stiff than i normally do however, i have now used it three times and have noticed that im feeling really nauseous all the time...might be coincidence or it might be the mat, only time will tell. I'll continue using it for now but if the nausea continues im afraid it will be in the bin

I was worried the price (much cheaper than some others) might mean bad quality, but this couldn’t be further from the reality.It’s a great mat with a great distribution of sturdy points. My headache, tired muscles, sore from the gym muscles - all eased. This is going to come with me whenever I travel and I’m planning breaks in the day for a little lie down.The pillow is especially good if you suffer from neck based headaches.

I've only just received this today so couldn't give it 5 stars. As other people have said this is not what you would call comfortable! But I was able to lie on it for 15 mins breathing deeply with soft music. I just went bare back but it was fine.But there was no way under heaven I could stand the pillow without putting it inside a t-shirt it. I then tried it lying on my front, it was hell! Barely did 5 mins torture! Will definitely need a tshirt for that one lolThe Matt was shorter than expected as it only covers the back area. As you can see from the photo.In fairness I hadn't checked the size. So I've ordered another one to do my back and torso at the same time.To early to tell the results but I did feel energized after it which I was delighted with.Just to add I suffer from traumatic nerve damage to my pelvis and legs and suffer from fatigue. So, please God it will aid me in my difficulties.Peace ☺️🌞

I rarely bother to leave product reviews on Amazon, but this has been the most incredible purchase I've made in a long time. I bought it as I have been experiencing low level back pain from sitting at a desk for long periods. I'd seen rave reviews for more expensive, branded alternatives, but thought I would give this cheap option a go.As other reviews have said, It is tremendously uncomfortable for the first few minutes, but after 5-10 you feel warm and tingly, and it is almost relaxing after 15. I've used it for the first time today, after a 20 minute stint my back is bright red, but feels incredible. My muscles feel extremely relaxed, and it has given me an endorphin rush that I'd associate with doing a workout or yoga session - not just laying flat on my back! I love it, and will be ordering a whole load more as Christmas presents.
