It’s just a perfect size to me work with my Brazilian waxing style.The warm get in perfect temperature to keep my wax the way that I want to use it with my customer. And then don’t feel to hot cause I can adjust the temperature that I want it. I really recommend this.

Purchased back in November of 2023, for my future business. I plugged it up to warm wax in August 2024. It was melting, but when I check on it hours later, I didn’t completely melt the wax. It completely stopped working. The power light works, but the heating light doesn’t light up, and there’s no problem with the fuse. I wasted money and I’m so angry, because I need it, and it doesn’t work at all. I have to order another one quick now, and I’m now skeptical about purchasing it through Amazon again.🫤

Edit and changed to 3 star.....company sent out new warmer as replacement to fix issue.This product stopped working on me within 6 months. The green light does turn on but the heating element went out. I cannot get ahold of the company yeah. They have not written me back with any kind of resolution. I would have purchased this from them if anything order from the company directly at least they offer a warranty

Buyer beware- Starpil’s wax pots are expensive and do not last much past their warranty even with minimal use. The company does NOT stand behind their products. 5lb was warmer stopped working after 15 months. Customer service is extremely hard to get in touch with. They do not return phone calls and when asked what to do about the broken machine they said the could probably burnt out, you are past your warranty but no worries we will give you 15% off a new one and charge you shipping for fast shipping just like we do for every customer. A week later I am still waiting for a manger to call me back.

I have had two of these large wax warmers. The first one kept burning my wax turning wax brown. I called Starpil and replaced it with a new one. The second one I had a little over a year and it just stop working all together, it no longer warms the wax. Two small side by side that I purchased from another company I have had since 2017 and still working like new. Unfortunately, they don’t make 5 lb one. I called Starpil and they refuse to reimburse me and offer to give me 15% off on a new one. I wouldn’t accept a new one for FREE much less one at 15% off! I advise getting a warranty for this item.
