My 40+ year handle broke on my sliding door so I had to replace it. I am very appreciative that I was able to buy the handle online and have it within a day. It is better quality than the original handle and feels much more comfortable to use, although it is not cheap, it isworth the money !

This door handle for my patio door is sturdier than the one provided by the builder of my house. The original handle broke, so I selected this one to replace it. I am glad I listened to comments of previous purchasers of this handle and saved the screws from the original handle. The screws that came with this handle did not work at all. I removed them and used the old screws. They worked perfectly and now I am very happy with this product. I would recommend this door handle for anyone who is shopping for a new one.

We have an older sliding door. None of the new handle styles work. This handle was a direct replacement and is sturdier than the one that was previously on the door.

Spend more money to get something that's better quality. This lasted only a little over two months before the bottom screw hole on the wood handle got worn out, becoming too big for the screw to hold onto it. So the bottom of the handle does not stay attached to the door. Because my return window on Amazon expired about 10 days ago, I have resorted to reach out to the seller directly to see if anything can be done, like at least sending a replacement. Will update this review with whatever outcome, positive or negative.Update 5/12/24: The seller DID send a replacement free of charge. But after a couple of weeks, the replacement broke also. This time it was the hook that locks the door to the wall that broke apart (see 2 pics on white towel). I'm done with this product. Cheaply made and does not last.

Very sturdy, fits perfectly on my patio door. Looks great and made it way easier to open and close comparing to its original old flat lock. And it fits over the lock. Perfect. I love it
