My husband uses this tape on his lower back when he plays golf three times a week. The tape holds his muscles in place and keeps them warm. He plays 3 times a week and won't leave home without that strip of blue tape on his back.

I’m new to using kinesiology tape and I’m glad I’ve had the chance to review this tape. I have a shin splint and it’s very painful and nothing provides me relief, not elevating it or wearing support stalkings.I’m so glad I came across this tape! I always wear it now and the pain is almost nonexistent!! I will keep using this tape! I got this muscle tape for running. I hate wearing braces on my knees that never stay put. I really like using this tape, put it where you need support and it stays put. Enough said. They even throw in a nice little mesh drawstring bag that will have many uses long after your tape is gone. I received a discount for my honest review of the product. Thanks

Just as stable as the brand my PT uses, sticks a little bit better too but that works both ways - it leaves more residue when I pull it off.

Te right amount of tension and flexibility. My first thought was that it didn't stick, like other reviews have said, it rolled off. It doesn't hold tight immediately. Put it on and rub it for 30 seconds. Within a minute or two it is stuck like skin.

Tape works great. It does not cause irritation when removed. It has been great at providing support and even helped with bruising.
