Excellent buy! My daughter used this hoop under her gown to give it some fullness & shape, as well as some lift off of the floor. I had researched tirelessly and knew exactly what I wanted in advance, but to also be able to find it at such a bargain AND delivered within less than 36 hours after ordering, was BEYOND AMAZING! The item was exactly as described, including easily adjustable wires, velcro AND tie waist (which is a MUST in my opinion to reduce slippage and a perfect, COMFORTABLE fit!) This was my 13 year old daughter's first experience wearing a full gown and hoop, and she felt amazing! The inside line was cool and comfortable, adequately separating the scratchy tulle from her sensitive skin. The ONLY downfall, (which actually became more of a comical situation at my expense,) was wrestling the hoop back into a small enough size so I could fit it into a zippered linen bag to store away into her closet!😆 If only there was a video clip of THAT! For the price wasn’t expecting anything fancy. Was pleasantly surprised. Parachute Feel type fabric, good ties and full length. Fit great.Nicely packaged and good quality. Of course I’m never getting it back in the bag.This will definitely work for my needs.

This worked perfect for under my daughter's sweet 16 dress. She is 4 foot 9. It was a bit long on her without heals. With 4 inch heals the hoop was above the ground by about and inch or 2 bit there was still material under it that hit the floor, which we expected given her height.I'm very pleased.The hoop size is adjustable but we left it at largest size for maximum width to raise her dress up.

The string and waist area was too small. It didn't fit well. One size fits all isnt true. This is made for smaller people

This came just as described. I liked that the hoops were adjustable and removable. We need to adjust the girth so it would fit under a particular dress. Hoops we’re removable (took bottom two out and pinned up the slack for Halloween). I was able to replace and readjust the hoops back pretty easily.

I needed a petty coat for my cousin’s quinceañera dress and I ordered this one. I thought it wasn’t going to be that good because of the price but I was wrong. It was great and it made her dress really poofy. I also really liked that you tie it at the waist to fit any size.
