Does the job I need. Two problems encountered: 1) if the door is opened too fast the magnet won’t catch 2) my door is too high from the floor. But we adjusted the screw on the floor plate to raise the stopper flap Enoch that it will catch. Placed it on a bedroom wood door worked well. The front metal door that had a frame inside it but hollow just above the frame seems pretty flimsy when attached to the door but could not attach it low enough for best support due to the inside frame. Going to get bumper wall stoppers for bathroom door that has tile flooring in the room. I do t believe this is good to install on tile.

These are adjustable so your door may be alittle high but you can lower the stop to reach the magnetic stop. Have ordered more for my doors in the houses since we have remodeled I cannot stand the rubber stops as they get all sticky. THs magnetic stop is very flat and easy to sweep over.

Wasn't sure if this would have work as my door is a bit high but after installing it worked great. Keeps my door open and sturdy
