I use the pen holder as a rubber band of sorts to keep my planner “closed” and also just on the outside cover when I’m writing inside the planner. It can hold two - three writing utensils inside, depending on how wide they are or if they have extra grips on them. I can also clip additional utensils on either side of those inside the holder… (sometimes I like to use different colors or just end up with too many pens/pencils they need to go elsewhere!).The color is vibrant the stitching is sturdy, and the elastic is good. I’ve bought several as gifts and this is my second one for personal use. I have another on my journal. Practical, functional, looks great, feels great, works very well! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

This pen holder has an elastic strap which fits an A5 notebook and possible something a little bigger. There's not much stretch to the strap so it doesn't adjust too well. The front pocket is thin piece of plastic/vynl without any stretch. It's a bit tight and mostly good for 1 pen, 2 if they're slim. This works for what I need, but there's some room for improvement.

I am sooo disappointed! I bought one, it pulled apart at the bottom the first stretch. I was hoping for a single lemon, but sadly the replacement I ordered pulled apart at the top! I searched a long time for this and am very frustrated. It’s advertised as up to 11.5 inch journal, mine is under 10 inches.

Exactly what I wanted. I utilize this with my planner and use the elastic to mark the page I need to open up the planner on and I love never having to look of a pen. Also good quality. My planner is 8" and it fits perfectly.

Great product. It fits my A5 planner perfectly. The elastic is very thick and sturdy. It feels like it should lasts a long time. I would definitely recommend.

I actually use this to keep my Apple Pencil with my IPad. Very pretty and they are good quality.

They work but only just and only on some hardbacks. they buckle with ONE pen in and are not really flexible at all despite elastic. For the price they really are cheap and not all that functional. I wanted something really sleek and long lasting to use with moleskine hardback journals. These are bulky, poorly designed and with a sense they won't last very long at all.
