Skiving knife
For the price it's good, the blade is not 90 degrees in the handle but that is easy enough to fix. It came reasonably sharp but a few passes on the stones and a strop it's fine.

Good value
After I got this knife I sharpened it myself, and I use it all the time. It seems to be holding an edge okay. It's not an expensive knife, but it really does come in handy.

Fells good
Feels good in the hand and is a sturdy build but cane dull as hell. If I have to sharpen it then I could have just grabbed a piece of metal or knife and done the same thing. Price was great and it does feel good in the hand but for me it ended there. I know it would only take a few minutes to get the stones out and edge it but for those who don't have them or know how to use them they are kind of screwed.

Great value for beginner skiving. Sharpen first!
Easily the best price you’ll find on a skiving knife. Handle is sturdy and the steel seems decent. Unlike the other reviewers mine arrived dull as a butter knife but for $7 I can sharpen and hone it myself. Overall would definitely recommend, especially for a first dive into hand skiving.

Do not buy this skiving knife! A butter knife would be better!
This skiving knife came unusable. A butter knife is sharper! The edge was incompletely ground and is uneven across the cutting edge. Other reviews indicate that some sharpening is needed, however this knife requires the cutting edge to be completely reground in order to be able to be used. Save yourself some heartache and spend a tad bit more money on a different skiving knife so you will be able to use it!

Leathercraft Messer Schrott
Hallo. Also unbrauchbar für mich. Ich muss es nachschleifen. Brrrb Der Blitz auf dem zweiten Bild zeigt genau die Stelle, an der das Ding scharf ist. Mehr nicht. Schon wieder Geld für Schrott ausgegeben.
