Garden Hose 50ft- Upgraded Expanding Water Hose Expandable Garden hose with 9 Spray Pattern Nozzle, Triple Latex Core, 3/4 Solid Brass Fittings- Flexible Hose with Portable Bags & Hanger-No-Kink

I ordered 6 of these hoses and have had to return three of them within 2 Weeks Of use. I was very gentle withthem but all three failed in different places. One blew A big hole mid-hose, the other had pin holes where water sprayed out and the other came apart at the end near plastic connector piece and the inner tube snapped Like a rubberband. They are not at all durable. I am very disappointed because it Is a light weight hose that is easy to use. I followed All Directions.

UPDATE: I had given a low rating because my hose busted. However, A&T customer service contacted me and made things right even though I had owned the hose for nearly a year before it broke. They were great. I believe the true quality of a company can be seen not in the mistakes they make, but in how they handle them. The hose may not have lasted, but A&T gets 5 stars from me.=============Original review: I loved this hose, but after using it about 10 times or so, it burst a hole and became useless. I had to throw it out. I'm really disappointed because it was so light/convenient to use. I wasn't doing anything crazy with it, just watering some plants...

Why can't anyone manufacture one of these that is durable? Consumers would pay more for one that lasted at least one summer. I would. LOVE the lightness of the product but don't love the cheapness of the construction. This is my second one this summer and both from different manufacturers exploded. One exploded in the middle and this one blew off at the end. After my first explosion I coddled this hose hoping that treating it more gently might help it last. Nope. I think I'll have to go back to a standard hose, kinks and all. I bought this hose to replace a guaranteed "no kink" standard hose...that kinks....and kinks...and kinks. I suggest wearing a swim suit when using these hoses because they explode with no warning and you will be soaking wet before you are able to cut it off.

The Hose is Okay. It is very expandable and very flexible/easy to carry. That said, it has a very low flow rate, I'd say around 50% of the flow of a typical hose. This may be a typical issue with expandable hoses but this is the first i've ever owned.

I bought this last September, and immediately loved it. Great color, worked so well, and it was so easy to use and store. Unfortunately when I used it this week, the hose exploded and blew the end cap out of the fabric (not repairable.) The concept is fantastic, but they need to build something more durable. I desparately want another, but I'm not sure I can justify spending $35 every few months for a new hose.

When I connected the hose to my water pipe it (the hose) leaked from both ends where the hose and the plastic fitting meet. I contacted the company to return and the last e-mail stated:We are so sorry to this. The screw the water pipe may not match with your faucet. It need a contector to contect it. You can buy it from shop. The contector only need a little money. If we sent it to you, it will need about 1-2 weeks. If you can wait, we will resent you the contector. Please don't worry about it, we will give you a satisfy answer. Please contect with us if you have any problem. Thank you for your understanding and supporting. This is the e-mail word for word just the way they wrote it.The first said they would send a new one or refund and to contact them if I have a problem. I returned the e-mail with the information and stated that I would take a new one if they could assure me that the new one would work. The e-mail above was their answer. This is the second hose that I had ordered. The first from a different seller also leaked but the return was so much easier.

I have waited over one year to write a review. I had purchased a similar "green" version from another company before this Expandable Hose and it leaked within months. On the other hand, this hose has lasted one year with minimal wear (just light fading) and no leaks. I am very pleased with this purchase. It was used almost daily in a smaller area for flower pots last year. As spring arrives, this hose is once more in use with no leaks! :)UPDATE: It is now fall 2015. I purchased this item early 2014 and wrote the above review a year after it's purchase. We are still using this hose (almost daily) and it is still not leaking. It serves it's purpose well (light watering of flower pots on a porch & courtyard area). I highly recommend this item to anyone that has low water pressure and intends to do light watering.UPDATE: It is now spring 2016 and the expandable hose is still in perfect working order (just a bit faded from the sun). Great product for light watering! :)

I have one of those "as seen on TV" hoses that I bought at CVS and it works great! I use it all the time. I needed another one to keep in my trailer lockbox for my SeaDoos. I was going to buy another one of those hoses, but they were first to the punch by inventing the technology, so I figured I would see if someone had improved on it (plus I wanted it to match my skis). So I ordered this piece of trash thinking it would be as good if not better. Boy was I wrong. I used it for the first time a couple of days ago (apparently pas the 30 day warranty) and within 10 minutes, a bubble started forming neat the nozzle. I guess the mesh liner that covers the hose inside has separated and was allowing the hose to escape it's form. Well, my natural reaction was to take my hand off the nozzle, which put undo pressure on the hose and POP! The bubble explodes and I have water pouring out all over. I will not be buying another one of these and I suggest you don't buy one. If you did, use it a couple of times before the 30-day is up so it will break and you can get your money back!
