First of all, A+ on the color. I have brown hair with honey brown highlights. I ordered the light brown version and it’s a really natural looking match.It’s a bit loose and heavy so took a lot of fussing to get it right. I finally wound up pulling a ponytail through because I wasn’t able to get the hairs to conceal a bun—a bun poking through the middle wasn’t the look I was going for.I also had to wrap it 3 times to get it somewhat secure. Then I tucked my own pony back through the bottom, and secured the top with bobby-pins so it wouldn’t sag back under its own weight.Now that I feel like I have it secure so I’m not constantly fiddling with it, I like it and expect to get a lot of wear out if it.

My ABSOLUTE FAVORITE hair scrunchy. I have 2 of these. If I really wanna bump up the volume I will wear both at the same time. They are a lil heavy together but if not wearing for very long it looks GREAT.MY hair is dark brown with blonde hair lights and this matches PERFECTLY. It also has a lot of nice synthetic hair attached to the scrunchy and seems well make. I will be wearing these a lot this summer.Ladies I have used and bought several of these lil things but these are my go to ones.Great for bad hair days.UPDATE:: I have worn these a couple times... THEY STRETCH REALLY BAD.. Thwy have stretched so much that they NO LONGER look full... the hair doesn’t even cover the elastic band anymore. I have to use 2 together for it to look full. I do not have thick hair.... so there is no reason for these to have stretched out so quickly. These would be ok IF u plan on using it only a couple times. But more than that u are going to have to double them up.

Initially I thought it didn't work BUT after putting my hair in a ponytail, wrapping my hair around in a bun and wrapping the ponytail scrunchie around twice it worked! I just had to adjust the hair a bit to cover my own hair. The hair is a very nice quality. It looks like human hair. The color was a perfect match for me too. I got the medium brown. It's not too light nor too dark. It's perfect. It's like a 4 mixed with a 6 in the hair world. I'm African American and I have relaxed hair. Give it a try. It's worth it for that quick sexy updo!!! It doesn't lay like a ponytail. It will look like a fussy updo. Sexy, sexy!!! I fooled my husband. He thought it was my hair. I didn't tell him any different. It's a believable amount of hair. Just the right size. You can use 2 if you want it bigger. I bought 2 just in case!

My hair is vey fine and has gotten thinner with age. When I tease it and pull it back, I havea pony tail about the si zeand length of my thumb!! This was too big. I could get this band around my wrist! Not kidding. I tried using a banana clip to pull my hair back and streetching the pIiece over it. I sort of worked but in trying to arrange it, I kept pulling it off. It was ddelivered on time. Color and texture are great. Just wonder why someone with that mauch hair would need a fake bun.

As another reviewer mentioned, you'll need to pin this in. It's too bad it's not on a tighter loop - I had to loop it around my short ponytail twice & it will slip right out. The color is too light but still blends ok with my hair. It's not fake or cheap looking - in my opinion. But this is the first one of these I have ever ordered. Nice to have more style options with this.Update: 3 tries on the color - the 3rd color I ordered is a perfect match to my hair. I am changing my review from 4 to 5 stars - because I really love it. No one has noticed it is a 'fake' & my hair looks so much better with this in it. I doubled the hair/band around twice, and then sewed it on to a regular pony tail holder - so that it will never fall out. Not sure how long it will last, but at this cost - it is worth every penny to me.

I knew I could not expect a perfect match from what was offered, but the light brown seemed closest to most of my mix of light brown, blond and grey hair. Unfortunately it was a solid medium to dark brown which I can't use. It does seem to go on easily enough, and the look is natural, just too dark a color for a match. I would order another color, but I just don't see any will work for me. I would give it a higher rating if I could use it.

Haven't quite decided if I like this or not. The rubber band that it's on is very thick, & maybe it has to be....but. It is hard to put around my hair that is already pulled back with a rubber band around it. Not sure other than bobby pins what I can secure it with?? I'll keep working with it, but not sure I'm sold on it. The positive is the color matches great and the feel was pretty close to real hair. Maybe others will have better luck than I have. No complaints on the price!

I wear my hair in a pony tail sometimes and it feels thin. This hairpiece is great because its like a big scrunchi with hair so you just use it over top of your pony tail holder and you look younger because you hair is much fuller with this. I can brush it too if need be. The piece itself is not strong enough to use alone to keep your ponytail tight, you have to put it overtop a pony tail holder which is fine I just use a dark one so it blends with my hair. I was inexpensive and a nice quick fix when I do a ponytail. I have dark brown hair with highlights so I did my best to match it and it was a good match for my hair when I put it in.
