I recently developed sores and ulcers along with swollen gums making tooth brushing almost impossible. I needed a toothpaste without SLS & mint flavoring. This was a bit too strong at the beginning of my Lichen Planus, but now with fewer sores and almost normal gums, I am enjoying this toothpaste very much though the taste does take a while to enjoy. My mouth feels fresh!

Every time I brushed my teeth with a normal toothpaste my gums swelled up and ached, but with this one I almost didn't feel any pain so I'm planning to keep using this. If you have sensitive gums like me I would recommend you to give it a try.

This didn't have many reviews when I ordered and I can see why because it's certainly a niche product. I needed all-natural toothpaste because the sodium laurel sulfate that's in most toothpaste started causing irritation that develops into canker sores. I stumbled across this while searching and was intrigued. It's now my favorite toothpaste for flavor. I love love love it! BUT...many people won't. It tastes a little like Pine-sol smells. If smelling Pine-sol makes you think, "Mmm, I bet that would taste awesome" then this is the toothpaste for you. It's definitely piney and very brown although that doesn't impact tooth color. I wish I could use it all the time but unfortunately, I can only use it before bed. There's no minty, cooling, breath freshening quality to it. Don't get me wrong, it gets rid of morning breath but leaves a much more neutral feel and I need that minty coolness in the mornings so I use a different all-natural paste in the AM.

I was excited to see a natural toothpaste that had extra benefits. But the flavor is had to get used to. I have had to mix it with another one. Hoping I get a benefit. Thanks for asking!

I couldn’t stand the taste of this toothpaste. It’s a black gel taste like pine. I wish I could get use to it but I couldn’t. It was beautifully packaged.
