A must read for any current, future leaders. Servant-leadership applies not only in the business world but every aspects of our lives. The companies that use servant-leadership are the ones that are succeeding.

This is a great book for any leader. I know it was published in '98, but everything in this book is still relevant today. I have read a few recent leadership books, and this one is by far the best.

It is a great gathering of professionals from the field of leadership. The format of different authors for each chapter on different topics keeps it flowing and fresh.

It should be on the reading list of those who wish to transform themselves and their organizations by embracing the fact that they are servants and stewards of those with whom they work.
