Many of the whiteboards at my job are effectively unusable, or need several rounds of whiteboard cleaner between EVERY use, and it was destroying my productivity and making group discussions more difficult. After two months of trying and failing to salvage the one in my personal office, I covered mine with this and it made an immediate game-changing difference.Save yourself the hassle of attempting all those other methods of repairing the surface (which only work when it's lightly damaged rather than thoroughly dead) and just get this. I don't regret splurging on it, but I do regret not doing it sooner! Plus I can peel it off and take it with me if I ever switch offices again. It came with the microfiber cleaning cloth and a spray bottle for water included in the box, which was a pleasant surprise.

3M has developed a white board killer. This is a flexible rollable white surface panel with adhesive backing. Mount on a wall, glass frame, or wood panel. BUT you can use washable and ANY permanent markers. Just spray water (empty water bottle included) and wipe the marks away - and this includes the permanent marks too. Amazing!! Just to add one more feature, you can write Post-It notes and they stick to the surface. The Post-It notes don't fall off and are securely affixed to the surface. Perfect for home use. Surface is thin enough that you can custom tailor with scissors.

We bought three to put around the house and our kids love them. We got a few sizes and cut one to make two. It cut easily and they stick well. We had to reposition one on a door that has old paint and the paint stayed on the door. I thought for sure some paint would come off. Not only did it come off easily, it stuck just as well when we repositioned it.This thing is amazing with Sharpies! Just a little water on a microfibre cloth will get sharpie off the whiteboard (whatever you call it).They did overlook one thing. They need to find a way to get marker off my wall because our 6-year-old sometimes gets a bit too aggressive and draws off the board.

Went on like a charm, works great! One concern was that it was not bright white, it looks yellowed next to a white board that it is next to.

This was so easy to put up and use in minutes; I don’t have a good spot for a big mobile whiteboard and I didn’t want to permanently place it (I change office configuration periodically) so this is an ideal solution!I have used wet & dry erase markers on it and both come off easily and completely. I use it every day and still have no ghosting from previous use.

I love my board I had to trim it a few inches to fit and it cut perfectly! I love how easy it is to get sharpie off I think that is so cool! Great product

As a new teacher this year, my assigned classroom was the worst, Cow webs and dead roaches everywhere. It took 2 days in a hot, hot classroom to finally managed to take out all the tape attached to the board.This very expensive, but perfect product, has finally given the classroom, a new writing surface. And you know teachers, always trying to do the best with what we are given.Wish I could buy more!

I covered an old white board with this and it is amazing. It does what it says. You can write with permanent marker and it just melts away with some water. If this is what you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to get it.

Easy to install with two people and so far no issues with the use of the product.

It took two of us to do it properly and aligned. But it only took about 5 minutes to get this up and looking great. Only flaw is there are bits of glue here and there that shine in the light, but don't impede writing on it. So they're slight, but from a distance you can spot them. Otherwise, it's a great way to quickly get yourself a white board without drilling holes in your wall. If you think your home office is a temporary solution and you need a white board, get one of these!
