Saved my babies!
This is the 2nd year that I have purchased these. Even in Texas we can get a couple days of good snow and freezing temperature. These blankets are a lifesaver. I put them on before the first frost and then leave them on until the last. I staple these on my wood fence around my bushes to protect them. I use these on my blackberry and honeysuckle bushes last year, and this year, I plan to use them on some of my other plants that are on the ground in pots. I didn't get one of my blackberry bushes covered in time last year and I lost it, but the one I did has flourished. I love that these allow the plants to breath and that they still get sun. No they don't last typically more than one year, I really didn't expect them to. But it is way cheaper than trying buying new plants every year!

Frost Protek Garden Fabric
This product protected my plants well during some cold spells. One concern about the fabric is water appears to roll off, so it is important to water the plants during the warmer days. I would like to have received more information about the fabric regarding rain not being able penetrate the fabric. Even though the fabric is very lightweight, it is easy to cover plants and shrubs fastening the sides to the ground with u-shaped garden anchor pins.

Works fine but doesn't last long
I have been using this over a raised garden bed to protect the plants from frost and animals. It worked well to keep the plants safe from frost and I have kept it on even though over night it is night freezing. The sheet does protect from sunlight as well so my vegetables have not gotten burnt from the high desert sunlight. I wish the cloth were of higher quality. After three months of use it has split open and is falling apart. I certainly will not be able to use this for more than one season.

Living in an area that sometimes gets below freezing there is a need to protect some of my plants. I have been using these blankets for about 4 years now and have not lost a tender plant in all that time.

Blueberry cover
I only giving this a two star because it did not work for my needs. I used it to cover my blueberry bushes to keep the birds from eating all the blueberries. The leaves on my bushes started turning yellow and drooping. I removed this cover and the bushes perked right up. So... The birds and I are sharing.

This cover is so thin the least bit of breeze Lifts it up exposing the plants. I even put 2 bricks on the ground to hold it down. I have used it twice and both times my plants have been exposed to the freeze (I live in Florida) and I lost them. I will be looking for heavier covers!

Five Stars
My plant savior

I'd give it 5 stars if it were a little more sturdy. It already has 3 holes in it
I've still got sorrel, celery, and chard growing under this in February, despite several hard freezes. I'd give it 5 stars if it were a little more sturdy. It already has 3 holes in it, because it tears a little too easily. Fortunately duct tape solved that.
