Item works as described. The walker was not new. Someone must have returned it. The wheels show some wear, but everything works.

Seat is too high for most older people. I bought it for my 93 year old mother and she can’t use the seat at all. Her feet are almost 6-8 inches off the ground. I helped her use it once but if she tried in her own she would fall. This seems to be made for tall people although no mention of that in the description. No adjustability for the seat either. If I hadn’t thrown away the box I would have returned it.

Light weight, easy to roll, simple assembly, easy to store. Dislike: No Drink holder, rear wheel base could be wider.Used for:Physical therapy rehab.

Purchased one Rollator....brand new and worked well for $68. Wheels are very soft rubber...so any dirt and gravel are immediately stuck in the tires. Decided to keep one Rollator outside and one inside. Ordered a second Rollator....Box arrived damaged, and upon opening the Rollator tires on the second Rollator were very dirty and soiled. Very clear that the product has been used and repackaged...I ordered new. Also the price was $79 and not longer $68. Deceptive pricing and marketing. Unfair to sell used item for new!

It’s nice, what would have made it great would have been in the seat is a little wider. My mom loves it and it’s great that it has the tray that is removable.
