Excellent for camping
I like this cutting board for camping. It folds up, while being lightweight and easy to transport. Provides a nice large cutting surface that would be difficult to achieve while outdoors. Very thin, which I consider to be a good thing due to ease transport.

Toddler airplane travel
This fit perfectly into a fold up travel tray (once I snipped off the side tabs) to make a play space on the airplane tray table so my 2 year old could play with playdoh. The fold up tray has sides but is cloth on the bottle so I added this in the bottom and works like a charm. Then easily folds away to pack in my carryon
