False! not actual Ingredients listed.
Seller says this has i gredients that is not in the product. 😮 avoid this if you want the benefits of tumeric because we all know now that tumeric to be properly absorbed and do its job needs pepper and that is not in the I gredients listed on the actual product label. If it’s in the title, it should be in the product. I shouldn’t have to go searching all over to find out that the title says there’s stuff in it that there’s actually not after I bought it and couldn’t cancel it.5 stars so this gets readAnd five stars for the product it’s actually supposed to be!which is not what I got, and not what’s advertised the ingredients on this is only turmeric, coconut milk, Mkhuma, holy basil, cinnamon, and ginger. There is no pepper in this which renders the turmeric useless the seller that’s advertising. This is advertising it false ingredientsI like the taste. I have mix this with regular milk. (Oh my god forbid I’m drinking real milk, 😮not a plant byproduct.)

unclear effectiveness in terms of relaxation, but noticiable benefits for inflamation
Our veterinarian recommended trying turmeric with pepper for our very old retired horses and we figured what the heck. It seemed to significantly improve their arthritis symptoms, so when I was having a lot of workout related soreness, i figured what the h*ll I'll try this stuff. I notice a significant difference in my soreness, stiffness, and recovery time when I am consistent about taking this stuff (also, if you put it in a smoothy with some peanutbutter and yogurt you can't taste it at all). I can't say I have noticed a measurable difference in my anxiety levels but since I'm already on an Rx for that, its kind of a moot point. turmeric and other supplements aren't going to work for everyone, and they aren't like an aspirin - you don't take them once and call it good. It's something you need to try and take every day. It's not going to magically fix all your issues, but I feel like it's been a very beneficial addition to my fitness routine.

Great ingredients but way overpriced
I love Your Super. They use fantastic ingredients and put them in the perfect combinations. This blend of warming superfood spices ( ginger, pepper, turmeric) with relaxing ashwagandha are perfect to have in the evening, or when you're stressed out.Flavor: I actually like it. I didn't find it too overpowering. I made it with oat milk and may in the future add a dash of cayenne.Cost: WAY overpriced. I lived in Asia for a decade. Both organic ginger and turmeric are extremely cheap, and ashwagandha is affordable too. The fact that this blend costs over 30 dollars is frustrating. This is the one issue I have with the company: the mark up seems to be really high. A more reasonable price would be in the 20 dollars range.

Like Putting on a Clean Pair of Glasses
I honestly did not expect much from this mix. However, I have been in an "emotional funk" for awhile, and so I decided to try it. I was surprised by how my negative headspace seemed to immediately fade into the background. The effect was quick for me, and lasted the entire evening. I had a similar effect with the second beverage. Time will tell if the positive impact continues, but I am cautiously optimistic. I feel less stressed overall and more like myself, I also feel more capable of focusing and tackling difficult tasks.I see a lot of people complaining about the flavor. I personally love the flavor and it is great mixed into a latte. I also tried it with 1 cup of hot milk and that was also good. I enjoy unsweetened coffees and spicy flavors, however. I even added nutmeg to make it spicier.

Best golden milk
I’ve tried many different varieties of golden milk. I am a vegan. I mix it with almond milk in my milk, frothier and it is absolutely delicious. I have tried as a varieties from Amazon and Whole Foods and some of them are too bitter or taste too much like pepper or have no flavor whatsoever. This is just the perfect blend. I love it.

This might actually be magic... but not anymore
UPDATED: Since I left the review below, they have changed the formula. The original formula was magic. I have not tried the new one. From the ingredients, my guess is that it tastes better and that was the motive in changing it - taste, not health. Regardless, what they're selling now is A DIFFERENT PRODUCT THAN THE ONE THAT I REVIEWED. Which means my original 5 star review no longer applies, and the only way to make that right it to downgrade to 1 star. I like this company, but you can't just change a product and keep all your 5 star reviews for the other product as if they magically apply to the new one. That's dishonest. Also, the new product, as far as I can tell, does not contain pepper, so I have difficulty believing it would have the same effects. Turmeric needs pepper for best effect, so...Also, they still have the original ingredients listed in their descriptions and the image of the original packaging with original ingredient listed, not the new one, which is at best sloppy. The original ingredients were: turmeric, ashwagandha, ginger, cinnamon, lacuma, and pepper. I thought it tasted fine, and still drink a mix of those ingredients in my morning coffee. You can get most in the grocery store baking aisle. Try it!I got this because I was starting to have bad tendinitis pain as well as aches and pains from my rather physical job. I was already aware that turmeric and ginger were anti inflamitories, and just taking those two had provided me some relief in the past. Also, I had purchased some superfoods meant for menstrual stuff from this brand, with positive results. But this stuff might be an actual magic potion.I don't believe in (that kind of) magic, but...The first time I used it, I put about 2tbls in some tea - I was in a lot of pain - and the pain just... vanished...Now I put about .5-1tsp in my morning coffee and the pain stays away.I will say, though, there are cheaper ways to get this. First, it's cheaper on the brand website. Also, the individual ingredients are not expensive, and mixing it yourself works just fine. But I do believe they use high quality ingredients, and they get the perportions just right so that no flavor is overwhelming - which isn't all that easy with these ingredients. So if money isn't that big of an issue, it is worth getting the mix.
