As a millennial manager with many people on my team who are Gen Z, I identified greatly with this book - it describes my experience perfectly. This book has many insights on the expectations of Gen Z when applying for jobs and working for companies, with clear takeaways for leaders.

As a Gen Zer entering the workforce now, I find this book more helpful than ever in reinforcing the intergenerational understanding we all need to maintain a constructive professional environment. Rohin writes with a strong, unique, funny, and engaging voice that made this a quick, great read. He provides valuable insight and actionable ways companies can make the workplace more welcoming and better geared to Gen Z. As a Gen Zer myself, I agree with much of Rohin's research and can't wait to see workplaces take these actions in the future.

Good practical tips for employers to keep in mind about Gen Z. Most surprising to learn was the Gen Z desire for face-to-face contact when it comes to problem solving. Good read for any manager of Gen Z.

It’s an interesting take, but a lot of the content is very anecdotal. If you’re reading a few books on Gen Z, this could be one of them, just don’t make it the only one.
