First product received looked like the delivery firm used it as a soccer ball....was packaged very well, but unfortunately still arrived broken. the seller immediately responded and shipped a second product and it arrived quickly. Very very pleased to add this to my home office. The black is so much more modern looking than a plain whiteboard. Markers pop on it and it cleans well. Installation very straight forward, mark the template, drill a couple holes and screw in. Would definitely recommend

This was up on the wall and mounted (3x2 version) in about 15 minutes. The board looks great, uses standard expo type dry erase markers, and strong magnets work great (you will not get any flexible refrigerator type magnets to stick). 3 magnets are included, you can get more by searching for rare earth magnets that will do the trick if you need more. I mounted mine vertical without a problem and it looks perfect - just don't forget to put the marker tray on before mounting like I did, had to back off all the screws to get it on (turns out the instructions clearly say this - haha). Loved th product but the magnetization could be stronger.

As some others have stated, the caps do not fit. Standard magnets won't stick and heavier duty magnets stick, but don't hold anything.

It was easy to install and my only concern is how to pop off the metal cap on the screws if I need to remove the blackboard from the wall as the board is in made of glass after all. I attempted to pry it off with the tip of a small screwdriver but used my fingernail instead thinking it can grow back but once the glass shatters it cannot be put together again and this tool-less method works but it takes a little bit of effort. Now I wonder if I should have applied a little bit of petroleum jelly. There is only one dry erase pen included in white, but it's a good start. The magnets included in the box works well.

The media could not be loaded. This came with what looked like scratches or sticky stuff on it, but it took some alcohol and elbow grease to get it off. The template was a big help. But it was hard to get the screw threw the metal bracket that fits through the hole. The screw kept getting stuck. When I finally got it in it doesn't screw in the wall tightly. Then the caps that goes over the screws were chipped and too big to fit over it so it doesn't stay on. Am I supposed to glue them on?? I'm sure that I don't. I dont want the exposed sxrews showing. Other than that, it's just alright.

Very Happy! Looks great. Easy to install. I did accidentally bend one of the plastic wall anchors when hamering it in, lucky I had extra . Would be nice if they sent exta though and if they said what size drill bit to use in the instructions it would of been super helpful. Overall extremely satisfied.

The board is very well made and just the right size for me. Its definitely a "grown ups" whiteboard. The glass is magnetic, but you will need strong magnets. The ones that came with the board are small but super strong. I tried to use other magnets and although they stick they start to slide on the board so they cant really hold anything. All - in - all, I'm very happy with this purchase.
