I’ve purchased 3 or 4 waistbands to help get a good sweat while working out. This one is by far the most durable and adjustable according to your figure. Be care wearing it too tight as it caused me to have headaches (but that’s my fault). It’s a good purchase if you’re looking for something to increase your core burn.

Its accurate with the sizing and i like how it’s adjustable in the region area. Only downfall for me is its height. If you have a tummy, the bottom tummy area would definitely hang out and look crazy if you wear it under clothing

This belt is extremely bulky so you cannot wear it underneath your clothes. Probably ok for your workout. Make sure that you order the correct size. Seems to run a little on the small side. I thought I would like the "double wrap" feature, but it is just too cumbersome to work with. Not comfortable, even though it is a waist trainer. I will say that it does support your back, if that's something you are really looking for in a training belt. It is cut a little too short on the bottom to really cover the bottom abdomen area, which requires you to wrap it kinda low. The inner wrap part is not very stretchy, so it's impossible to get it just right. Again, not very comfortable. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this one.

The waist trimmer is not long enough to cover stomach, either the top of my stomach is bulged out or the bottom is bulged out with this trimmer on.
