Not as mild as you might expect
Very sweet, not watery though. Just the right consistency as far as salsas go. However, I wouldn't consider this mild. It has some heat to it. Maybe medium ,but not definitely not mild.

It was so nice to find a fresh and tasty salsa. I do not like hot spicy foods, so I was anxious to try this one. Very very pleased! Oh, and the sellers are great to work with .

Excellent Mild Sweet Salsa
This is a perfect mild sweet salsa. Ordered another bottle for pantry. Mix with sour cream and a great dip. Maybe a little sweet for fish. Goes well with Carrs crackers and Chardonay.
