I didn't like the fact that it didn't have multiple choice questions with answers for practise

Will definitely purchase again if I need to

The books index only went through F. I heavily rely on the index so I'm not happy about that.

This book is helping me in more ways then ever

Pages 153 through to 584 is missing. How do you study with all that missing information? Do not buy, too many persons having too many issues. Nobody care to check these things before sending them to consumers who are spending their hard earned money.
