Learning curve needed
I got this machine because it was stated on utube same as baby lock joy and janome m16..but i do wonder..its kind of stiff. But i figured i just need to use itmore..some of the dials ie needle position a and b a little off. But dials are plastic so just kinda getting used to it..doing some free motion sewing drpping feed dogs. But threads keep breaking and most free motion sewing is sensitive if you dont use matching threads or wrong needle for the price its ok machine. You just have to fool with it a little. The upper thread guides kind of keep slipping out..bobbin winding is odd kind of uneven winding..again these are minor and you sort of fave to fiddle w it.. jury still out after i use it more.. i wonder if the baby lock joy or janome m16 have those issues???

Bad product and disgusting Amazon customer service attitude!
I still have the Elnita by Elna that I had purchased in 1982.it is a delight to use ! Need another one for my summer house and was happy to see it on Amazon. It is garbage. Nothing is working as it should. Threading is a disaster, the ordinary ZIG ZAG is disgusting! Had my foot broken and spent a month in Sanatorium. Did not use the machine and missed the deadline. On October 18 contacted Amazon for assistance. Was assured that they will take care of the situation. Received the confirmation from Amazon confirming that everything will be taken care of. The message from the seller stated that they do not have my order in their file. Called Amazon again and was told that since I missed the 30 days window there is nothing they willing to do 1. Bad product 2. Unresponsive seller, Zentra 3. Disgusting service from Amazon customer service that first deceived me with promised, then denied making them and HANG UP on me. I was Amazon customer for 25 years plus. Supported me through cancer treatments, pandemic and repair and furnishings of new house. Spend tens of thousands in purchasing. I used to believe that Amazon is the best company in USA. Today it is a disgrace!

Poor Quality
The product broke within 24 hour of using it. It took the owner always two weeks to respond. Once I got in contact with the owner. He keep getting my information wrong. I called multiple times to get a shipping labels for the return. He keep saying it in the mail. When I asked him for the mailing information. Once again the owner has the wrong information. Then he finally emailed the return label. Why didn’t he just do That in the first place. Poor customer service.
