My schnauzer is 23 lbs and stocky.. I normally would buy him a large, should I go up a size with an XL?

The shirt I received came in a plain envelope postmarked from China - was VERY cheaply made with iron on decal - and the large was way too tight on my 14 lb dachshund. If this is the same shirt - it was about $3-4 - do not buy this one - buy the shirts that cost a bit more - the one for $7 that says I Love Daddy was much better quality, embroidered lettering, heavier material and the large was almost too roomy for her - and came from this county - totally different shirt even tho they all say Parisian Pet - amazing!

WILL A MEDIUM FIT A YORKIE OF 10 LBS?

My Maltese weighs 13 lbs. and I had to get her a large. Medium might fit, but it will be tight, they run small.

They run very small. My 13 lb Maltese takes a medium, usually. I went up to a large, and it still a little snug, but fits. It's very well made and just precious. Check the manufacturer's measurements. I have learned to do that because they all run a little differently.

I don't think even the largest size would fit your dog... These are made for the smaller/medium breed. I have a 9lb chihuahua and it was a little big so I don't think this would fit your pup. Sorry
