This air conditioner is terrific. The inside unit is very stylish looking with a mirrored type face and will blend well with any decorating style. The outside unit was built very sturdy and is also nice to look at. The air conditioner was extremely easy to install. I am not an HVAC person but was able to install the unit myself. I then called an HVAC company to come and charge it up and turn it on, just to find out when they got here the unit comes shipped with enough gas to charge the whole system, who knew! The transaction was great. The shipping company was slow and I actually had to go to a nearby store to meet them for pick-up on day of delivery, which was a little disturbing but I got passed it. The box for the inside unit was damaged and there resulted a slight crack in the plastic of the inside unit but the crack was not on the face of the unit and did not cause the unit not to work so I kept it.
