At the time of purchase, Amazon had this model of fan on a deal and I would say it's very much worth the small amount of money I paid.This fan will not cool down whole rooms and it's not the kind of fan to solely rely on during a heatwave, but I used it last week when temperatures were in the mid thirties+ indoors as a personal fan by the sofa and it worked a treat to keep cool.Noise-wise it's no noisier than any other fan we own and certainly less noisy than larger fans.Power-wise there's two settings and I preferred the stronger setting during the hot days I used it. The fan rotates from side to side so it will cool a small area effectively. Basic functions and a rotating knob switch located on the top.The fan is sturdy, has a nice weight and looks decent in quality. It looks well made.In terms of size it will sit happily on a side table or windowsill with a small footprint taking up just a little more room than a drinks coaster.Don't expect this to do the job of a larger fan but more than the job of many smaller cheap Chinese fans. In other words, it's a very good quality fan, but it's not for whole room use!

Absolute waste of money! not fit for purpose at all other than space saving but does not do the job at all!Very noisy in number 2 setting, like a drilling noise, very uncomfortable sound. And you cannot feel anything if your looking for fan which you are going to put it bit far like in your bedroom.Maybe for for office and work table only, and a bit heavy too. So not that light as describe.Product is not as advertised, I was expecting much better.

Nice little compact fan that is simple and works great on the low setting

Nice compact little desk fan. When in the lowest blowing setting (oscillating or static) it's nice and quiet and really nice airflow. Put it into the second blowing speed (oscillating or static) and it sounds like it's shaking itself to pieces and vibrates like mad. Luckily mode 1 is enough for keeping me cool at my desk so it'll do the job. Just avoid mode 2

I bought this for my sons room. Perfect as a desk fan but not really effective overnight. It is fairly loud also for a small fan. Perfect if you like background noise whilst sleeping.

Bought this as it was described as a low noise output at 40dB and although I have no meter to check its decibels output, it is definitely not quiet even on the low speed. Plastic construction is creaky and feels flimsy. Returned to Amazon. I bought the Signature S40005 Portable Mini Tower Fan instead which feels more sturdy and slightly less noisy.

Got for bedroom use
