Waste of money
It is a gimmick. This product is cute but not a solid product. Go to Teavana and get Teavana version of this product. It works perfectly.

Sadly, not so perfect
I am a Tea Master and was very excited when I first received this travel tea tumbler. I thought it would be absolutely perfect. I used it about 3 times and sat it down on a carpet. It tipped over and shattered . . . on the carpet. While I love the design and was truly hoping it would be as fantastic a product as it seemed, it is apparently either really fragile or mine was faulty. I would like the seller/manufacturer to address this because I think in theory it is a great product.
