Is not what i expected. This was my first time using ben wa balls and once i put them in i couldnt feel them at all. I have not had any children yet, but i do have some miles. I tried jumping, running up and down the stairs, exercising, still nothing! I wish they were heavier. I guess these will only be used for during sex, hopefully i can tell they are in at that point. But i really wanted them for kegal

These were perfect! I ordered the one inch kegel balls originally and I couldn't stand the pain of having them in, they were too big. These are perfect for me and they seem to be of great Quality
