Awesome kettle would have gotten a 5 if it weren't for the little things
I love it, however it doesn't stay at the preset set. The manual says you can press the warm button next to the power button to keep it at the temp you want it to warm at, however it goes over by almost 5 degrees every time. So I warm it to 5 degrees less than what I want it to actually be.You have to change the setting everytime you unplug, and you can't just turn the power off, it has to be unplugged or cycled off.It heats up quickly, about 3 minutes or maybe 4, and it pours great. Be careful when putting not to tip too far or it will spill out the holes in the lid.I made an awesome cup of pour over and, even with the coffee I used being old and not fresh ground, it tastes better than drip! I'm just hoping it lasts longer than my breville I had a couple years back that went out in in 3 months

Slightly Confusing Buttons
This kettle does a great job of heating and keeping water at the temperature. But it's tricky to figure out the right sequence of buttons to use. Once you get it, you're fine but you might become the dedicated water boiler person in the house if you don't explain to others how it works sufficiently. Basically to hold the temp you have to click on the up or down button at least once, then hit the thermometer, then hit boil. What gets annoying too is that the buttons are on the kettle not the base, so when you remove it to pour water, you have to reset it again to whatever you wanted. Also related is that when it's empty and on the base, the blue lights are still flashing at you and never go off. Kind of annoying.

Great Product! Great Value! Highly Recommend!
Bought this kettle as I began to work from home due to COVID-19. I wanted a kettle to use to boil water for my tea at specific temperatures. I first wanted a Stagg but my wife quickly shot down the idea of spending $150 for billing water. This was our compromise. For $40 it is an amazing buy! Works so good! Boils water in about 4 min. 5 if you go to the max line, and holds there for 30 min if you set the control button. I usually go to 205 and then brew my tea. It has a great pour too. Very controlled very slow and steady. This is probably a great buy for those pour over coffee people. Defiantly a great buy!

Inexplicably hard to use
I decided day 1 to return this for a better quality one. There are just so many little design flaws, that undermine any point to buying a temperature control kettle. For context, I purchased this for tea brewing, where I just need a kettle to hold a specific temperature, so I can do multiple steeps of the same tea with it.The kettle and display has seemingly no internal power supply, or memory. As a result, it resets all of your settings every time you lift the kettle off the heating element. That includes resetting to Fahrenheit, every single time if you set it to Celsius.Likewise, you can't just hold down the increase temperature button to raise the temp. You have to hit the + button again and again to set the target temp. Combine this with the above, and you get a tea pot that is amazingly tedious to use.Final review, if you just need an electric kettle to give boiling water, go with a nice one button kettle. If you need precision for tea making, or anything else that would require to-the-degree precision in temperature, I recommend getting a better quality model.

Nice Electric Kettle
Nice Electric KettleThis electric kettle works well for us. Fast to boil up water and easy to use, also it’s easy to clean. I really love the auto shut off mode because I have no worries if I forgot to unplug when I busy with other things. The kettle is stylish too. We found out that making coffee is much more enjoyable than before. The gooseneck spout allows a controlled pour for pour over coffee and we love the freshness smell from the coffee. Would recommend!

A Nice Kettle...if you can figure out how to use it
I got it yesterday and I have to say..the usability design of this kettle is very poor, and it is not at all intuitive. I am surprised I don't see this in other review. Either everyone else is really smart or I am incredibly stupid..Major points:- You have to press "increase temperature" so many times before you actually get it up to near boiling point from 85F. This make starting the kettle a real chore.- if you want it to keep warm but didn't press the keep warm button in the beginning, you have to press power to turn it off, and set the temperature all over again. This should just be a simple press on the keep warm button.- Once you reached your temperature, and you lift it up to pour, when you put it back down everything gets reset, and you have to set everything up once again if you want it to hold the temperature.- The whole thing is so cumbersome that I am seriously considering switching back to my 1-button to boil kettle.Minor points:- mine seem to be in Fahrenheit instead of celsius with no obvious way to change it.- The some digit segment led dims when I press a button, which feels like it is breaking.- The temperature is a few degrees (3-5F) off from what I measured with a Thermoworks and fluctuates a bit, but I guess I can blame my measurement (I have to open the lid to stick the probe in) for that.Otherwise, I think this is working as intended. Kinda like you buy a car with the reverse gear marked as D and the drive gear marked as R--it works, but only if you know how to use it.

Good quality kettle
The kettle is made from steel and has very good build quality. Steel can be safer and healthier than plastic material, but you may need to carefully handle it, or you can get burned. The kettle is a little bit small, but good for most of use case. You can program it to keep the water warm.

Ok, but doesn’t keep settings
It heats fast and registers accurate temps. But I have to reset the target temp and the number of degrees it advances with each click, every time. It resets after an hour or less.Still, it is a good option for coffee recipes that require a certain temperature. I’m over 5k feet, so boil isn’t really accurate. It keeps water pretty warm after it turns off, for 15 mins anyway.
