Q: How long can I use this roller?

I just got mine and the package sadly says: "Be sure to replace your derma-roller often-once a month or after about 10 to 15 uses" I was expecting this to last a lot longer than that since I don't see anywhere on the product page stating it had such a short lifespan.

Yes It can work. Just use it in the area desired.

Q: How many needles are on the roller?

I just checked it with my magnifying glass. There appears to be hundreds of teeny needles. It stings a little when you use it!

Q: Will these bioton, dermaroller, minoxidil affect my acne and pimples to get worse?

should not use while you have a lot of white pus, pimples or over the open wounds
