I sent in a picture of my dog. The company upgraded the size of the painting for free so they could capture more detail. They sent me a rough draft for approval to be sure I liked the outcome. It took a bit to arrive, maybe three weeks? But was far shorter than what was estimated. The paint quality was great compared to other paint by numbers. It even came with wood and the tools to mount the canvas! It also came with good brushes!This product is a great price compared to other websites that offer the same service! Shipping was faster that other companies. I also loved that an actual person worked on it, and personally sent it to me by email first. I appreciated that they send the canvas rolled instead of folded, as I have struggled to get the creases out of the folded paint by numbers.I highly recommend this company for all of your custom paint by number needs.

There’s a thing in our family that ever since my mom was little she’s been able to guess her Christmas gifts, or gifts of any given time. But this gift she did not expect and it’s not only something she loves to do but it’s also sentimental. It was a picture of my late uncle that died ( her brother) it was unexpected. And the photo it holds is actual her favorite photo of them. So I very much suggest this. The canvas is amazing for frames. And you never know how much this one thing could mean to someone. I want to thank this business because I could have never done this without them so thank you!

I absolutely love my finished results. It did not take that long for it to come in and when it arrived it was in great condition. I am giving 4 stars because the kit did not come with a paper copy of the canvas with the color numbers. It was hard to tell what the colors numbers were if I had already painted over them. Other than that, I recommend.

This is perfect!!!!!!! I sent in a picture of my dog and the image that came back looks great, I cant wait to paint it, and instead of random paints they actually match the photo I sent

The colors are so far off it’s laughable. My cat is white and gray but they made him buttery yellow and taupe. Also they completely messed up the right side of his mouth so that it is half missing! If this was hand corrected as a claim then this must have been “corrected” by a blind person.

The owner was really nice in helping me with order placing. She made sure I was satisfied with the quality and gave ample suggestions to make sure I would be happy with the final product.

I just received this in the mail! The canvas smelled sort of strange but its really fun to do!

Exceptional service and an exceptional product. My teenage daughter adored it. I will be purchasing another very shortly.
