IP68 Waterproof Portable Camping Lamp and Rechargeable Emergency Light

Great light, it lasts quite a good amount of time between charges. I tested it for water-proofing ability and it holds well.This is basically a lithium batt powering a simple board to light a tiny LED strip, housed in a plastic tube.I really wanted this to have a thicker plastic body and has more weight than its current flimsy being.It just doesn't worth $20 by the time I purchased this. Current price is $27. I guess its price should be around $11-12 at max, given a decent lithium.I use it to read books at night mostly but .... oh so not worth it.

This is a great emergency light and really can be used for any occasion that you need a lamp. There are 5 modes: cool white 1, cool white 2, red light, red flashing light, red SOS flashing light. When you press the button the 6th time there is a blue light that indications how much power is left by how many times the blue light is flashing. It is water proof up to two meters but, I would take this as being able to use it in the rain or if you drop it in a puddle you are safe. One of my favorite features is that you do not need batteries for this lamp. It comes with a USB cable and is rechargeable. Also, so you know how to work everything it comes with a little one page manual so you know all the functions. Great product that I will be keeping in my car for emergencies.Sample provided for review

Used it a few times and then it stopped working (won't accept recharge).

Haven't actually taking this camping yet...but LOVE it so far. Low beam is almost enough for every application you could possible need. The high beam more than gets the job done! Hopefully will never need the emergency mode this has. Really nice that when you shut this light off there is a blinking blue light that lets you know how much charge you have left. 1 blink=25%...2 blinks=50%...so on and so on. Nice feature! It is also just the right size...my son is 14, and I bought this for his camping trips. Getting up in the middle of the night, climbing out of a tent, and making your way to the outhouse (or nearest tree) will be much easier with this light! ;) He used it twice the night he opened it for his birthday. He needed something out of our car and he used it to get to the car, and later to take our dog for a walk. Just hung it off the handle of the dog leash! Not much you can't use this for! Will let you know how the camping trip goes after Nov. 15th.

Lived up to expectstions

I bought this for my son to take on a school trip to Costa Rica. Very bright, should work great with his new GoPro!

Bright, easy to use. I keep in in my backpack as an emergency light and also as an emergency phone charger - wish it came with a storage pouch. I haven't tested the waterproofness. It seems well built and sturdy. - I have had this for a few weeks now.

Ero scettico sull'acquisto, avendo già altri diffusori ma mi sono subito ricreduto una volta provato il prodotto: moto ben costruito, solido, impermeabile e con varie funzionalità. Nota negativa per l'impugnabilità che non è semplice come illustrato in foto; in pratica non esiste impugnatura, ma solo il tappo a vite.

Die Lampe ist kleiner als gedacht (Foto ist etwas gepfuscht). Sie funktioniert jedoch einwandfrei und ist vielseitig und auch die Verarbeitung ist überraschend gut. Z. B. als Leselicht im Zelt oder Notfallicht beim Reifenwechsel im Regen allzeit bereit. Alle Modi steuert man über einen großen Knopf. Aufgeladen wird via Micro-USB - Kabel ist dabei - aber ACHTUNG: kein Ladegerät. Die Lampe strahlt ca. mit einem Winkel von 200° - man kann sie also blendfrei betreiben. An 2 Schlaufen kann man sie auch im Zelt vertikal oder waagerecht aufhängen. Die Handyladefunktion habe ich nicht ausprobiert. Zum Zeitpunkt der Rezension gab es die Lampe deutlich unter 30€ und ist für diesen Preis sehr empfehlenswert. Dirk

Really good little lamp, seems to be well made, strong and waterproof. The only downside I can see is that you can't replace the batteries when they wear out, but from what I've read they should last a few years. The light is bright and not as cold a colour as some LED's. You can read by it even on the lowest setting, which gives a very long run time. The red setting is enough to see by and still preserve night vision; I'll use that on my boat when sailing at night. The power bank function is very useful and charges a phone quite quickly. I'm giving some as Xmas presents for people to keep in their cars for emergency use.

Praktisch, handlich, Camping. Verschiedene Leuchtmodi. Vom Lesen bis zum Notfall. Sehr hell. Sehr gut verarbeitet. Verschieden zu befestigen. Als Taschenlampe würde ich sie aber nicht nehmen. Da fehlt der richtige Griff. Über die versprochenen Leuchtdauern kann ich noch nichts sagen.

A brilliant item! I'm so chuffed to have bought this that I'm tempted to buy a few more.It is light weight and easy to hold in the hand, and feels well made. The button is glow in the dark so that when it is dark, you can still find it. There are 5 modes, but I tend to use the second one- the bright white, and it is bright! I use it when I walk the dogs at night, and for just in case, there is an emergency SOS mode. There is also a D ring by the button so that it can be hung up if needed. I haven't tested the power bank or waterproof features of it yet so I can't comment of that.I would recommend this item to anyone who are looking for a bright and reliable torch.
