Satin Hair Color - ultra vivid fashion colors - 7N

I just applied 7N and use 1.1 and it covered my gray roots perfectly and left a beautiful dark blond shade. I left it on for 45 minutes and rinse and applied conditioner. I loved it.

This is a fine product. I've been using it for years.

Been using product for years and it does not damage or dry out hair. I use one ounce color with 2 ounces of developer (mix) to apply to my roots! Yes, I’d recommend!

I use this to color my roots only. It's a very neutral ash. It is much, much much darker than photos. I even use only 10% developer every other time and still get dark coverage. I leave the ends to fade in order to get a bit of two tone look - lighter to the ends and darker at the roots. Bummer, though, it only really last through about 4 shampoos. And I use all the color protect shampoo and products. My hair is very fine and very fizzy/curly- and I use no curling iron. .

I followed instructions precisely, mixing Satin permanent shade 7N with 20v “cover gray” developer in 1:2 ratio. I applied color mixture to stubborn grays first, then to remainder of hair; and processed for 45 minutes. After rinsing out thoroughly with lukewarm water (no shampoo), I was disappointed that my gray hair was virtually untouched! Would results have been better if I’d used 1:1 color-to-developer ratio instead? I’m surprised by so many rave reviews about fabulous gray coverage. For me, was a complete waste of product and time.
