PLATT 7PCS Bike Headset Spacer 1 1/8" Aluminium Alloy MTB Road Bike Stem Headset Spacer 2/3/5 /10mm (Black)

Needed some spacers to get a new stem and cap on correctly and leave the right gap at the top, these were great, they're just metal, but they're painted well, feel solid and do the job. There's a good range of sizes, I got away with the largest 2 only.

Spacers arrived exactly as ordered and on time. Now fitted to my cycle. Do examine the package carefully when it arrives. Mindful of some of the comments here when I first looked at the package I thought I had been sent five spacers of the same size. It was only when I opened the package that one 10mm spacer became the three smaller ones! The spacers are tightly packed, which is no problem. Would use supplier again.

Great set however 4 at 10mm seemed over the top. Possibly the inclusion of more at the smaller sizes would have been more helpful.

If you are considering carbon fibre spacers, don’t. At the very least make sure to put plenty of grease on the tube. The carbon spacers had an electro corrosive effect with the fork tube. The results after about 6 years outside was rusted to the tube and nearly impossible to remove. My solution was to Dremel/grind a slot in each spacer and the use a screw driver and hammer to pry it off. This time there is ample grease.

Very nicely made and sorted my road bike problem with slightly loose front fork tube. Well pleased with quality and gold colour !

Glad I bought these, changed stem on mtb and needed a spacer to tighten headset correctly.

Exactly what i needed. Variable heights of spacer. This allowed me to set the perfect height i needed to fit my handlebars. Good product
