No battery
Looks as if it will be what l wanted however no battery was included which was supposed to be in the pouch according to the instructions.

A useless product that does not work.
I have tried a new battery and a control solution but these failed also. I wish to return the item for a replacement. Regards, Michael Addison.

Items missing. Not worth the money.
Aweful. No battery included when the instruction manual says it is in the carry case.No control solution. Clear lid doesnt seem to fit the pen.Definately wouldn't recommend. It feels cheap.

Parts missing
When I opened the package I can’t use it as there are two items missing . A battery and bottle of solution. I cannot test my blood without these things . Can you send replacements. Thank you
